- This offer is only valid during October 2020 - Recommended customers cannot currently live in a 'The Rooms Group' property - Recommended customers must pass usual 'The Rooms Group' requirements, including credit, employment, previous address etc, sign a contract for 6 months and pay applicable fees - Recommended customer must state the name and house of the current customer prior to viewing one of our houses - One month free rent is only available if the current customer signs a new 6 month fixed term contract on the same terms - No alternative offer will be made - This offer can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of 'The Rooms Group' - The awarding of one months free rent is at the sole discretion of 'The Rooms Group' - A maximum of three successful recommendations can be made by any one current tenant, with up to three months free rent - Future tenant suitability for a room remains at the sole discretion of 'The Rooms Group'
