Who will I be living with? At ‘The Rooms Group’ we only accommodate young professionals in our houses. We also look at the balance of the house and make sure that you will fit in with the others currently living there.
How do I report maintenance issues? When you move in, we will provide you with all the information you need to report any maintenance issues. And then we’ll send one of our great team round to fix your problem.
Do you take couples? Unfortunately, due to Southampton City Council licensing rules, we are unable to take couples in any of our current properties.
